Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst time with Turbo Tax in over 30 Years. Multiple agents attempted to help me. They were never able to help me get my federal return accepted when nothing looked wrong. Including bringing 2021 up on IRS.Gov to show the correct AGI for 2021. All they could say was I had to mail my return. This year I have a significant return compared to the amount I owed last year. I feel Turbo Tax owes me. Comments: For multiple states there should be a restriction that makes you do non- resident states first. (2) - before filling in errors on review contact Turbo Tax Support. I had one agent pass info I had given her onto a group of agents. She told me I should be and agent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Easy process. I was able to navigate the site and review questions that were pertaining to my questions with getting answers on the site. They were also able to pull my w2 form from one of my jobs. That was cool too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick and Informative I was never confused about what to do because the site provides additional info on anything desired, the UI design and well structured flow made adding information simple, and adding additional data for crypto trades was made quick and easy through an automated system in partnership with Coinbase (my brokerage). I was able to review all trade data gathered, make edits (none were necessary!), and the tax filing process was made even quicker with some of my saved information from last year that carried over to this year's filing.
