Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Easy to do. Turbo Tax is so simple to use. It walks you through each page and gives you tips if you need it. I had a problem with my self-employment and an agent called me and walked me through the steps to fix it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is awesome! TurboTax makes it very easy to file taxes, very straight forward. I love that you can just enter a few pieces of information and the rest of your information will automatically populate. By using it previous years, all of my prior information is there so I don't have to go digging for old W-2s which is a PLUS for me!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hit a snag this year Donations disappeared while I was still typing them in. Very frustrating. I called for help but all they could come up with is that my CD must have a scratch on it.

All along the way you can click to get more information or explanation about the questions/deductions, etc. You can have a live human call you and answer questions. Very user friendly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is very easy to use and reasonably priced Due to COVID restrictions our usual tax assistance was not available. TurboTax gave us peace of mind knowing that the documentation was properly filled out. The only reason we didn't give a 5 star rating was because of the last minute fees included if you elect to have it deducted from the return. Of course, Virginia wanted their $50 for whatever reason.
