Rated 2 out of 5 by from turbo tax is quick Turbo tax is quick and fairly easy. They did insist that I upgrade at one point to move forward however I didn't have to use a live Expert or really didn't see the reason why.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hot a bit of a snafu this time Completed both returns but needed to mail Fed return because of an error that couldn't be "fixed" yet was unable to e-file state return if I was not e-filling federal return. And the biggest problem is my state will only accept e-file returns when using turbo tax software. 5 star rating because TurboTax customer service was excellent!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great but Getting Expensive I've been using TurboTax for a number of years and it's always been a super helpful guide and system to file my taxes. However, it's getting to the point where the cost is making me reconsider in the future due to less expensive options.
