The user face is simple to work with and I don't have to do any overthinking. Plus the animations are so cute and they give me comfort if I start to feel overwhelmed. I hope you all continue using the animations in the TurboTax Free Service.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Frustration I was frustrated that there was no easy indicator that I was not using the Turbo Tax I purchased through Costco. As a consequence, I ended up just paying for Turbo Tax again. What a waste!!!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo tax software through credit karma To use the turbo tax software through credit karma is plainly a joke because I'm having to pay for the soft ware, federal, and state which I feel it's a ripoff. It's bad enough every inflation is very high and in order to survive a person has to make a six figure income just to survive. I will not be using turbo tax in the future at all and I will let people know about this.
