Rated 5 out of 5 by from I had such anxiety but ended up just fine Last year I hired an agency but I had deductions I was nervous about (new home,kid etc) and it ended up being a complete ring-a-maroo. Everything was late and hectic and lost in the mail and UBER STRESSFUL. This year I came back to TurboTax and I was happy to experience a very simple step by step process that not only filed my Fed but also my State. It pays dividends to keep your receipts and tax info all in one place. I thankfully had done so and was able to easily input my deductions and W2's. If I didn't understand a concept, the ability to look up explanations was clear and available. SO NICE! All in all, it didn't kill me and I am happy to be back with turbotax.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Good point is, your support is prompt ! I feel that you are not so nice is: different from previous years, You take "Capitol Loss" Schule D service outside of the Basic service (the $59.00 one). Upgrade the charge to be $119.00 more only for this little thing! Why?!
