Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easier and Faster than ever for TY 2020! The program seems to keep getting faster to use each year. I really like how the program remembers previous year's entries (and payment methods and destinations). One pet peeve is sometimes you are shown and actual tax form for missing information. As in you forgot to check a box or add an value to a field. I thought ALL of these would be covered in the interview format. I also wish previous entries for IRA tax basis and Mortgage was even more clear. The program does carry these values over but sometimes you are asked about them only to find a few screens later that the program does remember them--wish there was a previous year snapshot shown at the beginning of the IRA and Mortgage sections. Overall, great program and will use next year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good but needs improvements More tips and details on information are needed. Wasn't sure what to answer in all areas and when you are taken to the website it should take you directly to what you have questions on. It takes you to the main site which is extremely annoying.

The little tutorials on each topic were especially helpful to understand, which boosted my confidence in doing my taxes. This is my eighth year to use Turbo Tax, and I would recommend this product to others.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lots of new charges this year I am very unhappy with the changes in charges that Turbo Tax added this year. I paid $39.99 for my copy of Turbo at Costco which normally includes one free state. This year it did not. Each state was an additional $45. Since I live in PA and also do taxes for my Mom and sister in MN, bill was $95 for the two states. In addition I was charged $25 dollars for each state retun to actually file. $70 to file a state tax return. OUTRAGEOUS. Very unhappy with your new pricing model.
