Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is good until the end I think turbo tax is great and easy to use, especially as a 19y/o freshman in college, until the end. I used the free turbo tax option, filed all my taxes and college expenses just to get to the last step where they told me I had to pay $112 in turbo tax fees just because I had unreported tips. Like I get you're trying to make money, but say this at the beginning before I spend hours filing my taxes for the first time by myself. I am already broke enough from paying for school. I do not want to pay $112 just to try and get some money refunded to me, like com on!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is GREAT! I couldn't be happier. Really. I was dreading doing my taxes. For the first time I ventured into stocks and crypto. I expected the worst. But my hookup with Jerry(?-hope there is only one) was the best. He went driving on the extra mile to make sure that my situation was resolved. My hat's off to him! I couldn't be happier! Thanks Jerry for a job well done!!!
