Rated 1 out of 5 by from "live" customer service = two thumbs down I spent over 40 minutes on live chat to ask a very simple yes or no question regarding a line item. The customer service rep had to continue to check with their team members ovr and over again. Why wouldn't they just connect me with the team member of they couldn't answer... very frustrating to wait so long for a very simple answer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Live Assistance Michael was a great help assisting us through the tax preparation process as we reached a point where we were stuck and couldn't go any farther until a certain error was bypassed. Michael was patient, friendly, and offered us live assistance where he could interact with my computer screen and guide us to the sections of our tax return to review for corrections that could solve the problem. After spending a little time getting everything corrected, the problem was solved, and we were able to complete our returns.
