Rated 2 out of 5 by from Software bugs = State filing rejected I filed both my federal and state taxes on January 30. On February 17 I get an email from TurboTax telling me my state filings were rejected. Here’s the kicker, they were rejected for no other reason other than a bug in the TurboTax software. Beware! I believe this will be the last time I file with TurboTax.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax was a nice guide TurboTax was a nice self guided/paced program. I was easily able to answer the questions and file my taxes. I was thankful that I was given explanations for things I had questions on, especially when I had multiple W-2 and 1099's.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost Perfect... Except- I had a good time. Everything was in order, and took less than five minutes to put down everything to file my taxes. Right as I was about to send it in, however, the system stops me and requires me to upgrade to a "premium" service. I hadn't added anything outside of the base W-2, so why did this happen? Apparently, there seemed to be something going on with new laws and such, but if it was going to happen regardless, the system should've railroaded me into the deluxe set waaaay before the end. Just so shelling out $40 didn't feel like a robbery rather than something that needed to be done.
