Love that I don't have to talk to anyone and my questions are all answered inside of the platform. Can't wait for Intuit to Turbo Tax some other areas of my life that should be self-service.

Plus difficult to avoid paying for deluxe plus and also harder to pay by credit card than last year. The "improvements" were not helpful at all. I was tempted to give 2 stars. I recommended a friend last year - who by the way did use the service - but not doing so this year.
