Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fees Keep Increasing Used to be on fee of your choice depending on how much Turbo Tax assistance you wanted. Now there is a direct deposit fee, it used to be free for direct deposit. Every year it seems there are additional charges. Might be time to file somewhere else.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average at best Had to check TT's inputs and found they were wrong. Doubled up on the refund from 2019 state refund and added a W2 out of no where. Used TT for 8 years and this may be the last year using them

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quickest and Easiest Way to File Your Taxes! I've been using TurboTax to file my own taxes for several years now and it has consistently been fast and user-friendly. The interface explains things well for those of us who don't know much about the tax filing world, and you can do it for free! I can see myself using TurboTax for years to come, so long as I continue to have no problems filing with them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Difficulties with 1099-B Form Had an issue with my 1099-B form, where i had a wash loss for a stock, that was 0.02, but your software would not recognize this small value. So instead of being able to submit e-file, i have to print out the form and mail it

Rated 4 out of 5 by from easy to use I really enjoy how easy it is to use, but frustrated and annoyed that you constantly try to get people to upgrade. its not okay to have upgraded services already checked and make it an extra step not to add theses services. Very annoying.
