If I have a question there is someone there to answer it and help me understand. I love using Turbo Tax, this is my 7th year using Turbo Tax to file my taxes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax alwasy gets the job done!! TurboTax provides a FREE way for military to file their taxes. It also makes finding deductions and getting every cent of your refund very easy. I have been using them for years and will continue to use them in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easiest way to file! I've used Turbo Tax for my tax returns for the past 7 years and have never had an issue- all questions prompts are clearly explained, the process is easy and seamless, and I get my biggest refunds back every time!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Business is fairly easy to use. Obtaining customer service support help is tricky and difficult. The rep could not see my screen, (i use MS Edge browser) and I was sent to the personal tax helper when i specifically asked for business tax help. eventually i sorted the issue out myself by taking a guess at what the data entry should be. Phoning the help line was a waste of time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from ANNOYED BY A 1009-NEC FORM I COULD NOT GET RID OF THE NEC 1099 FORM BY ANSWERING THE SCHEDULE C QUESTION. IT BASICALLY IGNORED ME AND I DON'T KNOW WHY. I HAD TO FILE BY MAIL BECAUSE OF THIS.
