Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great service, getting pricey We have been using TurboTax for almost 10 years and it makes filing taxes easy. I like that it saves info from past filing years. I remember when it only cost about $40 to file with TurboTax, but this year it was $117. If the price raises too much in the future, I will switch to a different service, so please don't keep jacking the prices!

Each year I either forget or have a hard time locating where to input. In addition, wasn't thrilled with the $40 charge for processing. I used my credit card to save this amount, but it was confusing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Experience Program is relatively easy to use and live support is available if we need it. Tips are very informative. I notice the price is increasing once again. I would expect the pricing to be less given the fact that the customer is doing most of the work and that this is all electronic.
