Rated 4 out of 5 by from easiest do it yourself system very easy as you go along. I only ran into one issue. I moved forward to do other things when it asked for my husbands drivers license number. When I tried to go back I could not find where to put that info

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mostly easy to use. I really like the way it walks me through each part and I can see how each section compares to what I did last year. That tells me I probably didn't miss anything. I do get confused when it double checks me with the question "You said zero amount in box 2a was not taxable." There is nothing in that box because it was checked as undetermined. The wording does not make sense to me.

When I had a question that I couldn't figure out myself, there was a live person via chat or phone to help me out. They walked me through the solution to my question and even offered to take over my screen if I was finding the step-by-step instructions too difficult. Very user-friendly.
