The package for elf employment and live help, though expensive was great. Walked me through all I needed to comfortably file. Needed help with selling a car in 2020 that was used for business. Live help was great, great advice and reviewing the numbers Love the added advice for my own comfort to purchasing the audit protection and ID theft. Great experience
