I have used turbotax for years and it works great and is simple to use. plus its nice that the online version keeps most of my info on file for the next year. I do however hate this billing practices. They system repeatedly automaticly upgrades you to the next teir of service so you have to constantly deny it and this year they have a $39 third party processing fee that is not mentioned if you" pay with your return" which I have done every year in the past for ease. There was no metion of this additional fee anywhere when you selected what version you want and I only noticed it because my bill was $80 instead of $40 at the end. I had to backtrack to figure out what the other fee was. If you just pay immediatly with a card there is no additional fee. The program is great but its annoying having to constantly be weary of additional charges that were not selected by me. Especially since is just a simple return.
