Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Turbo Tax Priya assisted quickly and requested control of computer, showed me where to click to resolve the issue. I had 1099 last year but this year I didn't. I couldn't file my return with an error wanting 1099 info. Priya resolved the issue.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Concern for the future.... I have used Turbotax for as long as you guys have been providing it. But, please NOTE, I WILL NOT UPGRADE TO CATALINA ON MY MAC. So, if all you have next year requires Catalina then I am OUT! Thanks for the great service over the years. If things change, please drop me a line.
