Rated 2 out of 5 by from confused I like that turbo tax is easy and tells me what to do, but I am confused as to why I was charged so much for a simple tax return. I didn't have to pay anything my first couple years on this platform, and now this year I did for filing the same exact thing. I'm just confused as to why.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fixed Quickly I've been using TT since it first came on the market. This year, for the first time I found an error in the print version of my start return. I ended up calling customer support and after working the problem for about 45 minutes, the tech pushed the issue up for an investigation. Three days later, a new version of the state program was downloaded and installed. When I printed out the return, the error had been fixed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from ok but not great First, i felt totally fooled into the Credit Karma account. Five days early isn't a real benefit. Past refund loans were immediate. I don't need the account and sincerely wish i had not accepted the offer. Second, i thought my return was submitted two weeks ago. just figured out it wasn't!
