Rated 1 out of 5 by from Took my money there is SO many hidden fees, they took around $165 from my taxes and wouldn't allow me to NOT add stuff from my bill. Forcing me to buy stuff is kind of illegal, and we should be given the choice to decline especially being an independent and lower class. I've used turbotax before and never had such bad emotions by it. These new hidden fees are new because I have been a returning customer. I was pleased with turbotax before, until this new year with turbotax not letting remove certain things from my cart. Again illegal, you cannot force a person to buy something without a consent and turbotax you did NOT have my consent to take $165 out of my taxes. To make matters even worse, I was recommended this website URL through my college for FREE tax help.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Got the payers state wrong on 1099-div Turbo tax auto fill got the american century 1099-div state wrong on my tax return. Kept holding me up at the very end of the process saying the zip code was invalid. Finally was able to enter manually and got the tax return to go through.
