Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Satisfaction Review This year was a particularly challenging year for me regarding filing. I did use the help of the tax professionals and each individual was absolutely the best!! They helped me to understand that I had entered everything correctly and, unfortunate as it was, that my tax was accurate. They really got me through this process with my sanity in tact.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Happy! I do not like the fact that TurboTax has opted out of the the FFA (File Free Alliance) program for people making under a certain income. All of my former taxes have been done here and transferring the information next year is going to be a headache at best. I only chose to file with Turbo Tax this year because I did not know until I went to file my taxes that they were no longer free on Turbo Tax. Will be looking else where for next year.

I was so nervous, but TurboTax literally did the work and guided me through the whole process! They checked over my items when I contacted them through the chat option, which I highly recommend!
