Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Average! i filed my own taxes and at first it went smoothly, but when i was done with my federal, the website wanted me to enter another W2 even though i am a single income household. once i declined the second W2 all of a sudden the continue button would not work and i had to use TAB to scroll through every page to continue to the next one, it was very time consuming and frustrating. other than that it was good

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax is easy and fast. I did not have to do much to get my taxes done and had help at the tip of my fingers when needed. i would just click on the explanation and get my questions answered.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I use Turbo Tax every year. TurboTax does a great job of keeping you on the rails getting through what can be a complex process - depending on your situation. I ended up with bite size chunks I could deal with. We did have one issue: When starting this year's taxes, using the on-line version of TT, I wanted to upload the .pdf copy of last year's tax return, which I had done on TurboTax with the software being installed on my pc. I was not able to get it to upload. I think the issue was that the .pdfs from the two types of Turbo Tax aren't totally compatible with each other. Obviously the IRS takes either one. I'd rather the upload had been successful. I ended up entering everything manually. But I did get it done in one day.

This year I tried to use The IRS E-Forms to file, and decided to check my work against TurboTax. Thankfully TT saved me from paying Uncle Sam almost $6000 too much. I will remain a client forever... **Upset to pay for Premier w/state when I don't have state income tax....I feel like my fee is paying for others. Deluxe and Basic have stand alone Fed, but Premier does not.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Why didn't I start with you sooner? After years of using H&R Block I decided to try something different. I couldn't be more pleased with the ease of the system and how wonderful I feel for doing it myself and for saving $200 using Turbotax vs H&R Block!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Worked pretty good, but issues with M1 import For the most part filing for 2020 was quite simple, with the exception of the M1 Finance import function. Acquisition dates labeled by M1 as "VARIOUS" were not imported correctly, and attempting to correct it when prompted created a never-ending loop.
