They have simplified the process. They also know about new legislation that has passed that may impact your taxes from year to year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I probably won't use Turbo Tax premier again Last year my tax return was simple, done on my own time, and I was able to response and provide documentation at my own convenience. This year, my tax return was on my tax provider's schedule, I had to meet with him during business hours three days in a row, causing me to be late for work each day. When I first met my expert, he informed me he only had 1 hour before he got off work, and my return would take 2 hours. This caused me to have to call in late for work the next two days in order to make time to meet with him. The commercials said be ready to not do your taxes. I felt like I did more work this year than last year. I plan to use the services again next year as well, because I can't make a judgement off of one bad experience when the first was great, however, if next year is similar to this year, I will not be using the service in the future.
