Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cathy from Virginia is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!! I rated TurboTax a 5/5 because of CATHY! I was a HOT MESS when I connected with Cathy and had absolutely no clue how to do my taxes as a sole prop but Cathy really made me feel like a real boss for once. She kicked my taxes' butt!!! I went through probably like 4 "tax experts" before connecting with Cathy and none of them knew how to help me. They simply said our calls kept dropping and never tried reaching back out to me to help me. Cathy did no such thing! She was the sweetest and most helpful person I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She was so patient with me and did not make me feel stupid for not knowing some of the things I needed to do, especially as a recently new business owner. I cannot express how grateful I am to her for all the help and guidance she gave me. If you ever get Cathy as your tax expert, TRUST and BELIEVE ME when I say you're in the best possible hands!! She will go ABOVE and BEYOND to do anything she can to help you!! I wish I could give her a higher rating because she really does deserve it, I truly have NO complaints about her and am 3000% satisfied with all the help I received from her! SHE'S THE BEST!! Thank you Cathy!!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo tax wouldn't recommended it. Turbo tax always ends up costing me money. Turbo wont let me file for free. First it said free then turbo said I had to do the deluxe version for $50. Unable to do the free one. It ended up costing me $150. I don't know where the other $100 came from. This is my last time using Turbo tax. I'd rather pay someone to do it for me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So many glitchy results this year! We ran into so many glitchy problems this year. It had trouble finding information from past TurboTax filings. Multiple updates. It gave us 5+ different totals. I have zero confidence in the product and the results.
