Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome, but this year wasn't too clear I always love your product. I've been using TurboTax since 1994. This year I had a weird pop up window saying I had to mail in a form if I had elected not to submit the information electronically. I called to find out what that meant and your automated answering service was very difficult to navigate through. She hung up on me twice. The first time was because she figured she had given me the answer and the second time was because she had no clue what else to do. It was difficult to explain what the problem was and I kept asking for a human. The human who answered could see the issue and she didn't know nor understand what it was so she had to go find out. It seems like TurboTax is not being very clear as to what this is. I had some capital losses and I had downloaded all the information from the financial institution. I never had a chance to say I didn't want the information to be submitted electronically. So why would I get a message saying that I wasn't done because I had to submit the form that popped up along with form 8949? The lady said that some people elect to just enter their own info and not all the info and that's why I got that, but it's still not making any sense since TurboTax knew I had downloaded ALL the information from the financial instittution. So there must be a problem somewhere.
