I cannot overstate how grateful I am for Yolanda, an expert of 17 years, who got on the line with me and just would not give up until she helped me get my refund! She spent two whole hours on the phone with me, helping me overcome every obstacle. I have never met a kinder or more helpful person in my life! Thank you and bless you, Yolanda. <3

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is amazing! I don't use the TurboTax experts, I prefer to do it all on my own. But I've been using TurboTax for the past 5 years, and I love it! I won't file my taxes anywhere else. Even without the experts, it checks to make sure everything is correct and in good shape. I never have any issue with TurboTax, and I get my money pretty fast with direct deposit.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Its alright Generally pretty easy to follow the process but you are restricted to that one path through the process. If you have to go back and changes it can be confusing and frustrating to to find where you need change it, then you have to navigate back through all these annoying prompts. It does provide some helpful tips along the way though.
