Rated 1 out of 5 by from worse year to file I am not satisfied with the number of bugs that I found while using Turbotax this year. I am not happy about spending 220 dollars to not have the 24/7 tax support that is advertised. I am filing for the second time and have deleted my information and readded the W2 information. I still have the error of my information from last years returning showing up and not viewable on my end to delete. I also had my taxes rejected for my son's birthday that was correct. My number changed and I am unable to change it on the callback form.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Amazing! They make it so easy to file taxes, and they copy state info from federal so you don't have to enter your W-2s twice. I quit one job and started another in 2020, but they made it easy to file both without hassle. Since I am low-income, having the option to file for free is perfect. When I start school again in the fall, I can rest easy knowing that TurboTax won't make it difficult to file taxes with those changes. Hallelujah!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have no complaints Kathi our expert with 7 years experience was the best. She didn't get frustrated or seemed rushed in anyway. She explained everything for us to understand, and she was very tenacious in finding the answers for us. Then at one point she got cut off, our phone died, and she didn't hesitate to call us back to make sure we were ok and on the right tract. Thanks so much! We really appreciate it.
