Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never keeps track of the data and no free file. Lots of manual data entry work among other issues. Year after year they loose all of my online data. on top of that it says my account doesn't exist until I reset it up then at the end it says you account already exists and lets me log in. when I reach the end of the process to file my taxes it denies that I have an account with them again and then starts telling me my passwords are incorrect and when I go to reset the pass word their network has errors and makes me pay for things with my card instead of my refund. I suspect they've charged me twice this year. they say file for free but am always charged for the program and to file state after they had me agree that state cost $0.
