Rated 2 out of 5 by from Unable to file State - system issue Overall, not bad, but somewhat glitchy and in the end I was not able to file my state return as the system was not moving forward and I received a "Hmm, looks like we hit a snag" error message while trying to purchase my state efile. Unfortunately, I was not able to fix it and the engineers don't seem to be doing anything about it as the support team marked the issue as resolved (even though it is not).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from STEP BY STEP EASY I was very nervous to file because I had extra forms and was unsure how hard it would be. This site took me through step by step and made everything understandable and easy. It also cost me nothing! Highly recommend!
