Rated 1 out of 5 by from Live Experts I reached out to a live expert but she was no help. She couldn't fix the error that kept showing up. The number she said to enter wouldn't stop the error she was no help and had no answers. I will never pay my hard earn money to pay extra again for help!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Instructions for filing stink My federal return was efiled and accepted. I attempted to efile my state return but it was rejected. I was told to complete federal K-1 which I did and again my attempt to efile the state return was rejected. I think there is a glitch in your software.
