Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed with E-File Failure Despite following the troubleshooting process, after more than a dozen attempts to e-file over a period of two weeks I eventually gave up and resorted to printing out my returns and mailing them like I used to in the old days. I've used TurboTax for years and had no problems, but this year has been nothing short of disappointment & frustration.
