I purchased the software at the Military Exchange (AAFES) and when I was attempting to begin the program, there were no icons or prompts for the product bought at a retailer. This is my fifth year using Turbotax Deluxe and I do not recall having the same issues in previous years. I had to use the cd which was a bit more cumbersome. The program continued to ask for information repeatedly (name, address, etc.) it seems the program would be able to use the previously entered data.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Great TurboTax is user-friendly. There's links to explain anything you don't understand, gives examples and explanations to find things you need, and it's quick and reliable. The fact its free to file simple to file your Tax Refunds is amazing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax makes it simple I've been using TurboTax for the past ten years. I used to go to other tax preparers, and found out I was missing out on thousands of dollars. I've been doing my own taxes with TurboTax ever since and have always gotten the biggest refunds and deductions. They are truly supportive and the live support from cpa's is an extremely valuable feature.
