Rated 2 out of 5 by from Dropped the ball this year I have been attempting to file my taxes and the returns for two grown children but could not because of a problem with turbo tax system. I spent an hour on the phone with no help. Finally got high enough to talk with Hannah who apologized and explained. I have used turtax for years but probably won’t any longer. I file finally today. Next year will explor other options.
