Rene' helped me with the trickiest of tax questions, was on the phone with me for about 3 hours, and helped guide me to a successful submitting of my tax forms. Thank you SO much!!! All the stars and so much gratitude for you.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Didn't ask for several items and it was rejected. Bad year? Maybe. I've always used TurboTax and been walked through the process step-by-step by them. This year it didn't ask for the health care part and skipped over it. My return was delayed as Turbo Tax is apparently no longer "step-by-step".
