Rated 3 out of 5 by from Only 50% of online help was useful Turbo Tax was helpful for almost all my issues. I had two. One was answered satisfactorily. The other was a terrible waste of time. I spent almost two hours with this individual. Finally I couldn't stand the way the software was not working correctly and the persons inability to help me. I went back the the next day and calmly found my error myself. Very frustrating.
