Rated 3 out of 5 by from It needs to be smarter Overall it is better than filing manually. But it can be better. Importing docs from financial institutions won't work much of the time (I had to edit manually). Uploading PDFs from the computer won't work either. It doesn't recognize the addresses, zip codes or cities correctly. It should be easy to check whether the zip-code-city-state combination is actually valid. . At the end, it insisted the zip code is invalid, but it is not. It was the state that was invalid but it won't allow me to edit it. I had to go back, delete income from that financial institution and type it in by hand.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from screen set up a bit glitchy over all very easy to use. A little to expensive and the web page often wouldnt display correctly in my web browser. Had to move from screen to screen and or blindly tab to get to the bottom of the screens to get to all of the fields and buttons.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax for the Win We have used turbo for several years, and each year our taxes get increasingly difficult. Turbo Tax makes it EASY to get the most. This year, I added the live help option and it was well worth the extra money JaQuanda was so nice and patient and made sure all my information was correct. I feel confident I will get my best return.
