Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent Service, A tad bit pricey Turbo Tax always walks you through each section and is easy to understand. I had to talk with a representative about an error that occurred. The representative was patient, kind, and thorough. She helped find a solution to my problem. The price seems a bit high, but while the service is easy to use and the representatives kind, I will continue to use it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax gets better each year. For the first time this year, I had a problem after I paid for my return. I contacted customer support and they called me back immediately. The support person walked me through how to correct the error I noticed on the actual schedules once I paid. Taxes are a pain but at least Turbo Tax gives us the option to do our returns ourselves if you keep good records.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Home and Business Easy I've used Turbotax the last 3 years, before that I was a HR Block customer for 25 years. First, I've saved myself hundreds and soon to be thousands of dollars by using Turbotax vice HRB. Second, it puts me in total control of the numbers which I prefer...to ensure everything is accurate to the last dollar. Turbotax not only gives me that control and allows me to bounce around anywhere I like but the popup help menus answered all my questions as well or showed me where to get the answer. I completed both Fed and State in one day without any problems, printed, filed and am done! Thanks Turbotax.
