Twice i reached consultation: 1st with a mortgage refinance (the expert gave me the wrong advice), next with 1040 ES and the expert didn't even know where those vouchers where coming from. In summary you have to find the answers on your own, but the software is great

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Reliable and Simple The Program is easy to use. My problem is that I am unable to purchase a copy while living abroad. Additionally, although I have been using the program for years but lost last years copy, you were not able to assist me adequately in recovering my last return. The printing instructions are confusing. I tried to get the program to selectively print pages either one-sided or two-sided; I did not succeed.

Their bank import features and cross-check processes make taxes as straightforward as possible despite the number of times I've moved, deployed, etc. It's great piece of mind to know that I can prep my own taxes and that TurboTax will have my back.
