Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is User Friendly I have always hated doing my taxes, this was one of the easiest experiences ever! Now that they have the feature of just taking a quick picture of your W-2 I have never been happier at filling out my taxes for the year!

Did take me long however, the experts were right there every time I needed them to help me along the way. I requested chats/calls 9 times LOL. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong. Everyone was helpful, informative and if they didn't know were able to get the answers to help me. Awesome service!
