Rated 2 out of 5 by from App and Other Web Services are Buggy I struggled a lot trying to figure out how to file while traveling abroad as there is no info online about this. Tried setting up a call several times with an expert, but failed due to phone number issues. The app's phone number fields do not allow for country codes to be input. While each expert was trying to contact me, I tried using the app's chat feature to contact them directly about my issues, but none responded. It's possible these messages go nowhere. Lastly, when I was finalizing my return I was filling out driver's license details and the app was blocking me from submitting because the driver's license number field could not contain dashes (I had only entered a letter and numbers with no symbols or spaces of any kind). With TurboTax coming under fire as of late, they could be trying a lot harder to boost their reputation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax Is AWESOME I use Turbo Tax every year. You answer the questions and it continues to take you to where you need to go in order to complete the answer. Like walking on a path to get to the end. Easy-Peasy with half the cost of having another do it for you.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Trouble with investment reporting As always it was good to have some of my information from the past year imported to this year's return. This was the worst year ever for me to edit errors in the data imported from my financial service. My third phone call lasted an hour and forty minutes as we struggled to first figure out the error produced by the Turbo Tax softwared and then make 56 edits.
