I did the free process and it was super awesome, I'm not from the states so this stuff is all pretty daunting compared to my home tax situation, so when I found out I had to file as a tax resident this year I was really worried, but this process made it really easy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Could use some work As far as I can remember, TurboTax never asked me if I had IP PIN to enter. My file was rejected by the IRS for this. When I tried to correct it, TurboTax said it would help fix it, but never showed me where to enter the PIN. I Googled it and found a way to find the box for the IP PIN. In the final check of the form, it should notice the IP PIN is blank and ask again, even if it had already asked.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from MAHALO TURBO TAX I've recalculated my taxes for 3 days. Afraid of missing the deadline because i needed info from my 2020 returns. Filed for an extension and voila, they made it easy for me to get it. Extension had no time to go through. MAHALO turbo tax, I'll be sitting on beach watching the sunset thinking of you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Very Good I experienced a couple of errors/corrections which for some reason I don't understand (either a section I did not complete because I didn't see it or, I may have accidentally skipped). Overall, the service was awesome and have printed, save and file my returns very efficiently.
