Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use and very helpful I had not filed my taxes for the last three years and Turbo Tax was the only program that was available for previous years filings. The IRS website doesn't even have an option to file previous years taxes. Thank you so much Turbo Tax!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Efficient The app was efficient, It’s nice to have this available although the live operator was not good at all!! She seemed upset and put off by having to help me!! She was aggravated and quite honestly made me feel stupid. In the end she did not help me at all and told me to call back and get a different operator to help me. She had no clue what she was doing and it really upset me!
