However, such a nice product always surprises you with extra pay one way or the other. I bought the CD at Costco (software), only to end up having to pay more to efile state! Very frustrating to find that at the end of a whole filing process, should be announced more clearly if it is the "norm". -3 stars for not being clear and straight with customers.

The screen sharing feature is HANDS DOWN THE BEST FEATURE YET. Allowing them to show you where to click instead of just blindly tell you what you "SHOULD BE SEEING"

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Experience with Expert We had a wonderful experience after a brief $9000 scare. We sold property transitioned from overseas to stateside. The confusion with selling a property and overseas income made our tax situation complicated. Thank goodness Merry our Expert Tax Advisor came to the rescue. It was pretty cool that she was from the same area we were in Texas too. We went from owing $9,000 to getting a bit back instead.
