Rated 2 out of 5 by from Taxes were not filed when I submitted This time around I have no idea how but I had filed my taxes on time and today (7/3/23) when I checked my tax return status I found out my taxes did not get filed. I was charged for the services but on Turbo Tax side my taxes did not go through.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Error - Customer Required to do all amendment My 2022 returns were wrong due to the inclusion of my student loan interest in my itemized deduction. While I don't understand how this type of error could occur with this software, what I am even more upset about is the fact that I had to make all the amendments on my own. Why can't Turbo tax identify the error and file the amendments. To file federal and state amendments on my own is poor customer service following an error made by the provider.

I needed help to enter 3 separate K-1 documents and Connie got on the phone with me and walked me through each step, correcting what I had entered incorrectly, and patiently walking me all the way through until everything was fixed, reviewed, and ready to submit. Thanks Connie!
