Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is reliable and thorough I've used Turbo Tax for several years and no longer think I need to hire an accountant. It is very thorough and takes you through all the necessary steps to determine all the deductions you are entitles to.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from No Chase connection this year It was not as good as previous years with entering Chase/JP Morgan Securities manually. Part of the whole reason I go with TurboTax has been the integrations. Will give it another year if not available again, I will not be back.

Basic tax filing without any extras. Got a good refund back. Hopefully I will get back what they say I would. Other then that they were great. EASY NO HASSLE SERVICE!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Found some tax credits! There were a few glitches in the software that I had to unscramble, but I did it. Biggest things was that Turbotax discovered I was eligible for a nice tax credit! I would not have known that without this year's 2021 Turbotax software! Nice catch, Turbotax?
