My tax expert Shelly was great in tackling my taxes and addressing questions I had concerning NC taxes. I would highly recommend TurboTax to anybody that can’t see a local tax expert.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from i HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR MANY MANY YEARS. I purchased Turbo Tax Deluxe for $69 and then i found out i had to pay $25 to file my state tax. I could have got this kind of a deal at HR Block It was supposed to be included for free

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Full Service Package Disappointment I have used Turbo Tax for the last 5 years and have typically filed myself. However, this year I moved to a new state for a new job and purchased my first home and car along the way. I input all my information myself, as usual, but at the end wanted to be sure everything was correct so I upgraded to the expensive Full Service package. This resulted in me having to re-provide all the information I had already input to TT just to arrive at the same place. While I was pleased to have see the same end result (shows I correctly added all info) I did not receive any explanation or detail on my questions about the new House, Car, Job and State. I truly feel the upgrade was a rip-off and I would caution others against purchasing. Due to the poor experience I do plan to look elsewhere next year to file my return.
