Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax is only good when you have no problems TurboTax locked the USER id from last year and will not unlock. had to create new id and would not import last year information. 3 Stupid people answered the phone on 3 separate calls and would not help unlock the same id used in prior year. POOR.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from it is okay the tax info for 2020 was not correct and the IrS SAID MY REFUND AMAOUNT THAT TURBO TAX SAID I WOULD RECIEVE WAS 1000 OFF FROM THE ACTUAL AMOUNT.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was good this year, but not great. As usual, it was relatively easy to navigate all of the forms, even though mine was a little more complicated this year. However, I did have one issue that never got resolved and almost prevented my filing of the forms. When going through the final check on issues to be resolved, I was faced with a form that I did not fill out (child support) which listed me as have received about $6,000,000! I went to forms and deleted the form and it was not longer in my list of forms to be submitted. Yet, on redoing the check, the form came up again (not listed on the submitted forms list). I "deleted" it again, several times and finally gave up. When the final check was done before submission, the error came up again and I could not file until it was resolved, so finally put zeros in the two places requested and then I was able to file my taxes! At one point, I tried the phone number to resolve this, but it was not clear that I was reaching the right person and it was not worth the 15 minute wait. Also, the voice recognition took multiple time to get my email address correct.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolutely Horrible Some glitch with the 1099 B worksheet blocked me from e filing my federal and state returns. Turbo Tax is an absolute failure for dealing with employer stock plans. I am done with it after being a loyal customer for several years.

I had questions since this was first time filing with a rental property, i was confused and did not get the clear support i was expecting. I thought i'd get a bigger return. I had to file anyway. I wish I would have gone to a local person.
