Rated 3 out of 5 by from Program works, but Poor Importing Imported my finance institution information but TurboTax failed to immediately account for these numbers in my Refund/Amount Owed window. This led to a great deal of confusion over how much tax I owed. I had to pay for the live service just to get a programming question resolved when it was not needed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Live Full Service is Awesome! I'm so grateful that I clicked "Do my taxes for me"! My taxes were more complex this year, and it was nice to have the option to engage a CPA through TurboTax Live. The cost was significantly cheaper than a local CPA, but the results were equally trustworthy. The accountant I was assigned was very thorough and diligent throughout the entire process. The best part ... I'm confident my taxes are accurate and submitted timely!
