"J" who was my TurboTax Expert stayed on the Chat for almost an hour walking me thru and resetting the Federal and the State Data. What a WONDERFUL experience

But the total cost of using this program has increased...now there's additional (un-announced) charges to electronically submit the federal and state. Using a program and filing electronically is now well over $100.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use but really pushy on the upgrades. I like using Turbo Tax because it streamlines the whole tax process. However, MULTIPLE times throughout this year's file it kept taking us to a "do you want to upgrade to a more expensive product" page. In the past, this used to come up once. It popped up at least 5 times and was very distracting while I was trying to hyper focus on getting the right information input. Please turn this pushy technique back into a "one and done".
