Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Accurate! Do your tax RIGHT! TurboTax Deluxe is well-worth the money! It's accurate, easy to use, user friendly. Most importantly Intuit stands behind their product. They refunded me the money last year when I couldn't efile my return. I appreciate what they do for their customers. I have used Turbo Tax for more than 20 years. I am willing to recommend it to anybody who wants to do their tax right!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have been very grateful for Turbo Tax My husband and I have used Turbo Tax for more that 10 years. I usually buy the needed disc program. This year I purchased it as an online download. I did have one glich, it became contaminated. But after I discovered that I could go back to Amazon and get it again, no cost by giving them the serial ID#. I was fine. Several times this prep season I needed help from a tax rep. Each time I received excellent support from the Turbo Tax representatives who made sure I was ready to go forward, without a long wait for them to call us back. Thank you Turbo Tax

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use but LIVE not worth it I've used TurboTax for years and love the ease of it. This year with some more complicated tax situations, I upgraded to Premier Live, thinking that it'd be great to have some experts available to run things by and I talked to 3 different experts. Unfortunately, the "experts" didn't seem to know anything more than me and just read the TurboTax screens with me. I still like the TurboTax software and hopefully I'll be back to a simple tax year next year, so I can keep using TurboTax. However, if I actually need tax support in the future, the LIVE feature doesn't seem to provide it. The experts were generally nice and tried to be helpful though.
