Rated 2 out of 5 by from Needs more explanation in many areas or more AI There are many areas in the turbotax for business that requires more explanation or Artificial Itelligence so it can be used by a non-CPA. Most of the time I had to go google for explanation or definition. I think next year I will go to a CPA, it is very frustrating.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from a little misleading I signed up for a free refund at the beginning and at the end I was forced to pay $59. Then that changed to $98. This is the second maybe third time that I was not able to activate the free return. last year I was told there was a glitch in the system and this year I'm faced with the same issue. I would like a refund please.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sneaking in the fees I finished up the free efile and they said I needed to upgrade to finished. I decided to reluctantly because I was getting frustrated, but it said you could take it out of your refund, so I did it. I then noticed when checking out, they throw in a $39 fee for having them take it out of my refund... so $54 upgrade AND $39 "hidden fee"...$93. They should make sure you know before getting to the end and feel too frustrated to go back...
